About Tina Kulp

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first and following the GOLDEN RULE! This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs, you are treated as I would expect to be treated!

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

"A Servants Heart" says it all...we work for you and your goals comes first, with an uncomprimising respect for people, providing a servant leadership with its focus on biblical principles and values!

On a personal note...

I have been a Realtor since 1999 and have enjoyed every step of the way. I began as an associate with Better Homes and Gardens who were bought out by GMAC who then was bought out by Coldwell Banker, after my first two successful years I felt led to go out on my own and start my own company Kulp Realty and have had my own company ever since! After five great years of Kulp Realty I have been lead yet in another direction and have changed the  business name to Life Designs Real Estate LLC, and have joined forces with the number one real estate company in the country Keller Williams.

I have been married to my wonderful husband Mike for twenty years, who is a lieutenant for the Arvada Fire Dept,  we have three wonderful children Jon 25, who is serving our country in the Army and is currently in Iraq, Lauryn 17 a senior in high school and whom has also joined the army to serve our country after graduation. Lauryn will be leaving for bootcamp in July. Austin  is 12, in elementary school who will someday become a famous geoligist!...unless of course he decides to join the army to! and my daughter in law Danielle and two beautiful grandchildren Caiden & Bradyn and a new one on the way!

Mike and I provided foster care for over 14 years caring for over 200 teenage girls...we have been very blessed with many children in our lives!

We also dedicate many hours to our church and the Redistribution Center Inc, helping families in the community and around the USA. (see our SERVANTS HEART)
